How much does it cost?

You do not need a subscription to use FitnessSyncer! We do offer a paid Pro Account which provides you with more capabilities, more options, and more data, and helps fund our development.

Is there a free trial?

FitnessSyncer is available in both a Free version and a Pro version. We currently do not provide a Free Trial for the Pro Version as many of the features you would want to evaluate are available under the Free Version and a one-month subscription is cheaper than a latte.

How do I get an invoice for my subscription?

Simply contact us and we can send you an invoice.

What are my FitnessSyncer Pro payment options?

You can subscribe and pay for our services via:

  • Any major credit card such as Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club or even Apple Pay on FitnessSyncer.com
  • Your Apple account in our FitnessSyncer H app.
  • Your Google Play account in our FitnessSyncer S app.

Can I use a Pro subscription for my business?

Our FitnessSyncer Pro subscriptions are only for personal usage. If you have a health and wellness company or want to use our features for your business, please contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have subscribed using our website, you can cancel your subscription at any time under the Subscription tab of the Accounts page.

If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer H app, you can cancel your subscription by going to the Settings on your phone and cancelling there. For more information, see Apple’s support site.

If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer S app, you can cancel your subscription by going to My Apps in Google Play Store on your phone and cancelling there.
