Subscription FAQ

How much does it cost?

You do not need a subscription to use FitnessSyncer! We offer a paid Pro Account that provides you with more capabilities, more options, and more data and helps fund our development.

Is there a free trial? Do you offer Refunds?

FitnessSyncer is available in both a Free version, and a Pro version. We currently do not provide a Free Trial or Refunds for the Pro Version as many of the features you would want to evaluate are available under the Free Version and a one-month subscription is cheaper than a latte.

Is there a minimum period?

No, you can cancel at any time. The subscription will end at the end of your paid period, and you will automatically be transitioned to a free account at that time. All FitnessSyncer Pro benefits would be removed from your account at that time.

How do I get an invoice or receipt for my subscription?

For purchases on FitnessSyncer.com, you can get see your invoices here.

For purchases from Apple AppStore, you will receive an e-mail receipt, and can see the receipt within the Apple AppStore.

For purchases from Google Play, you will receive an e-mail receipt, and can see the receipt within the Google Play Store.

What are my FitnessSyncer Pro payment options?

You can subscribe and pay for our services via:

  • Any major credit card such as Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club or even Apple Pay on FitnessSyncer.com
  • Your Apple account in our FitnessSyncer for IOS app.
  • Your Google Play account in our FitnessSyncer for Android app.

If I subscribe via Apple or Google Play, do I still get the benefits of the subscription on your website? Can I use my subscription in the FitnessSyncer Apps?

Yes, no matter where you subscribe, you can access the benefits of the subscription on our website, and any of our apps.

Can I give a FitnessSyncer Pro subscription to someone as a gift?

Yes! You can purchase a contact us.

Can I use a FitnessSyncer Pro subscription for my business?

Our FitnessSyncer Pro subscriptions are only for personal usage. If you have a health and wellness company or want to use our features for your business, please contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have subscribed using our website, you can cancel your subscription at any time under the Subscription tab of the Accounts page.

If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer for IOS app, you can cancel your subscription by going to the Settings on your phone and canceling there. For more information, see Apple’s support site.

If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer for Android app, you can cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store App by going to your Profile, going to Payments and Subscriptions, selecting the Subscriptions, and cancelling there. For more infromation, see Google Play’s support Site

After cancellation, you may continue to enjoy your FitnessSyncer Pro subscription until it expires. Once it expires, your account will automatically be converted to a free account and any FitnessSyncer Pro features will be disabled.
