You do not need a subscription to use FitnessSyncer! We do offer a paid Pro Account which provides you with more capabilities, more options, and more data, and helps fund our development.
FitnessSyncer is available in both a Free version and a Pro version. We currently do not provide a Free Trial for the Pro Version as many of the features you would want to evaluate are available under the Free Version and a one-month subscription is cheaper than a latte.
No, you can cancel at any time. The subscription will end at the end of your paid period and you will automatically be transitioned to a free account at that time. All FitnessSyncer Pro benefits would be removed from your account at that time.

Yes, no matter where you subscribe, you can access the benefits of the subscription on our website and any of our apps.
Our FitnessSyncer Pro subscriptions are only for personal usage. If you have a health and wellness company or want to use our features for your business, please contact us.
If you have subscribed using our website, you can cancel your subscription at any time under the Subscription tab of the Accounts page.
If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer for IOS app, you can cancel your subscription by going to the Settings on your phone and cancelling there. For more information, see Apple’s support site.
If you have subscribed using our FitnessSyncer for Android app, you can cancel your subscription by going to My Apps in Google Play Store on your phone and cancelling there.
After cancellation, you may continue to enjoy your FitnessSyncer Pro subscription until it expires. Once it expires, your account will automatically be converted to a free account and any FitnessSyncer Pro features will be disabled.
