My FDDB source appears to be missing some items; how can I resolve this?

Make sure that you have selected the correct language option when creating your source as if there is not a translation, it may be missing from our queries.

My FDDB only shows 90 days of data; can I get more?

With a Pro Account, you can do a Historic Sync by editing your FDDB task and selecting Historic Sync from the bottom.
