What kinds of data can I read or publish to TomTom MySports Cloud?

You can read the following data types from TomTom MySports Cloud:

  • Activity including Map, Heart Rate, and other Analytics
  • Body Composition
  • Sleep

You cannot publish any data to this service at this time.

How do I resolve TomTom MySports Authentication issues?

From TomTom MySports,

  • Click on your name and go into the Settings
  • Go to Apps and Exporting
  • Under the External Apps section, locate FitnessSyncer, click, and then click the trash can icon
  • Go back into your FitnessSyncer account and reauthenticate then.

How do I get Steps from my TomTom?

If you started using us before January 8, 2017, you will first need to re-authenticate against your TomTom MySports Cloud. To do so, you must first remove the authentication from TomTom MySports as described above. Once you reauthenticate, you will have to grant us the permissions to get your 24x7 activity tracking data, and we’ll start reading it.

My TomTom Sleep bedtime is wrong. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately, TomTom currently only provides us with the time you slept per day, not the granular information of when you slept or what kind of sleep you had.
