Current Advisory: Samsung Health step updates are not shown under the FitnessSyncer S view. This issue should be resolved in Samsung Health 5.10 which will be released soon.
FitnessSyncer S allows you to synchronize your Samsung Health (S Health) data with the FitnessSyncer cloud where you can see in our Dashboard or Stream or publish it to one of our destinations or publish data from other data feeds into Samsung Health.
After you log into FitnessSyncer S, select what type of data you wish to access. As you change these access types, you may be asked to grant permissions to FitnessSyncer to read or write this data. As with our cloud offering, you must accept all requested permissions.
Once that the permissions are granted, you can then use the “Sync” button which will synchronize the data with FitnessSyncer. To use sources or destinations beyond Samsung Health, you will need to do so on FitnessSyncer.com as described here.
FitnessSyncer S also includes a Dashboard, which will show you the default dashboard with all of your data. The data on the dashboard is based on your sources. If you are a Pro user and wish to have a custom dashboard for your mobile experience, you can edit the Dashboard from your browser on FitnessSyncer.com and save the dashboard as “Mobile Dashboard”.
You should note that non-Pro users are limited to the number of sources and destinations tasks they have within their account and each of these sources count towards this. Also, advanced features such as filters are not available within the app, however, are available on FitnessSyncer.com.
You can log out from the application or you can remove the permissions granted to the application under the Permissions tab on your account.
FitnessSyncer S will either sync when you press the “Sync” button or automatically approximately once an hour if you are connected to Wi-Fi. To disable the Auto-Sync, change the requirement for Wi-Fi, or to disable notifications from the Auto-Sync, you can tap the menu selector and select Settings.
If you are having any issues with FitnessSyncer S, please make sure that you are using the latest version of FitnessSyncer S and Samsung Health. If you receive an error regarding whitelisting and you are on the latest version of Samsung Health, you may need to enable debug mode in Samsung Health for us to work properly. For information, please contact us.
Should you have any feedback or issues regarding the app, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sorry but Samsung has not provided a way for us to get to your data on IOS. If you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
