My Polar Flow source does not have any data; why?

Unfortunately, Polar only provides us data from when you start the connection. They presently do not have an ability to acquire historic items.

Nothing happens when I click Sync on my Polar Flow Source, why?

Our Polar integration works a little different than our other services in that we centrally pull your data periodically behind the scenes because of the way that their system is structured. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My activities have the wrong time; how can I resolve this?

Please make sure that your time zone is properly entered in your profile. If it is and it is still not imported correctly, please contact us.

What about Polar Flow Sleep Metrics?
