How do I get started with Keto-Mojo (Beta) and FitnessSyncer?

The easiest way to get started is to follow our Getting Started Guide, which will walk you through how to exchange data between Keto-Mojo (Beta) and many other services!

Are you looking to get more out of our Keto-Mojo (Beta) integration? Check out our How It Works, which will walk you through how to unlock the full power of FitnessSyncer.

Do my ketone or GKI readings come across?

No, FitnessSyncer only supports blood glucose.

Which Keto-Mojo should I pick — there seem to be several?

Pick the plain Keto-Mojo one unless you know your account lives in Europe or Canada. Keto-Mojo runs three separate systems, and an account created in one cannot sign in to another, so we list one source per region and you need the one matching where you signed up.

If the connection fails at the Keto-Mojo sign-in page saying it does not recognise you, that is almost always the wrong region rather than a wrong password.

I deleted a reading in the MyMojoHealth app. Does it disappear here too?

Yes. Keto-Mojo tells us when you delete a reading, and we remove it from your FitnessSyncer Stream to match; if the item has already been propagated to a third party, that entry will not be deleted..

I just connected Keto-Mojo and my older readings are missing.

You can do a Historic Sync and get all of your data with a Pro Account by editing your Keto-Mojo source and selecting from the toolbar.

Can FitnessSyncer send readings to Keto-Mojo?

Yes. Set Keto-Mojo up as a destination and your glucose readings from other sources are added to it, with any note and meal tags they carry.

They are marked in Keto-Mojo as entered by hand rather than measured by a meter, because that is what they are.

One thing does not come across: an A1C. That is a three-month average rather than a reading taken at a moment, and Keto-Mojo has nowhere to file it, so we leave it out instead of recording it as an ordinary reading.

Why does my reading show a meal name like “breakfast”?

Those are the tags you put on the reading in the MyMojoHealth app. We carry them across as the reading’s context, so you can group or filter your glucose by when you took it.
