  Rouvy integration with FitnessSyncer FAQ

What kinds of data can I read or publish to Rouvy?

You can read the following data types from Rouvy:

  • Activity

You cannot publish any data to this service at this time.

How do I get started with Rouvy and FitnessSyncer?

The easiest way to get started is to follow our Getting Started Guide, which will walk you through how to exchange data between Rouvy and many other services!

Are you looking to get more out of our Rouvy integration? Check out our How It Works, which will walk you through how to unlock the full power of FitnessSyncer.

My Rouvy source only shows 90 days of data; can I get more?

You can do a Historic Sync and get all of your data with a Pro Account by editing your Rouvy source and selecting from the toolbar.

My older Rouvy rides are missing, even after a Historic Sync.

Rouvy’s API only makes activities from January 1, 2023 onward available to us, so a Historic Sync reaches back to that date and no further. Rides you recorded before then are still in your Rouvy account — they simply are not something Rouvy will hand to another service.

Can FitnessSyncer send rides or workouts to Rouvy?

No. Rouvy does allow an application to add a planned workout to your library, but FitnessSyncer only ever records what you have already done.

My newest ride has not appeared yet.

Rouvy tells us as soon as you finish a ride, and it usually arrives within moments. A ride comes to us as Rouvy’s own recording of it, so you get your power, heart rate and cadence second by second rather than just the totals.

If a ride is missing long after you finished it, edit your Rouvy source and sync it again.

Will my Rouvy weight and FTP sync too?

No. Rouvy does publish both, but only as the current values on your profile, with no record of when either was measured.
