How do I get started with TrainerDay and FitnessSyncer?
The easiest way to get started is to follow our Getting Started Guide, which will walk you through how to exchange data between TrainerDay and many other services!
Are you looking to get more out of our TrainerDay integration? Check out our How It Works, which will walk you through how to unlock the full power of FitnessSyncer.
Some of my TrainerDay rides are missing. Why?
TrainerDay only shares the activities that were recorded in TrainerDay itself. Anything TrainerDay pulled in from somewhere else is deliberately left out of what they give us, so those rides will not appear here, however, all of the sources they support we support as well.
My TrainerDay source only shows recent rides; can I get my whole history?
You can do a Historic Sync and get all of your data with a Pro Account by editing your TrainerDay source and selecting from the toolbar.
Can FitnessSyncer send workouts or training plans to my TrainerDay calendar?
No. FitnessSyncer only ever works with sessions that actually happened.
How much detail comes across from a TrainerDay ride?
Where TrainerDay has the original recording we take that file, so you keep the whole ride second by second such as power, heart rate, cadence, and the route if it was an outdoor ride.
A few activities never have a recording behind them, such as ones entered by hand. Those still come across, with their name, start time, duration, distance and average and maximum heart rate, but without a graph or a map, because that detail was never recorded in the first place.
What happens when FitnessSyncer sends an activity to TrainerDay?
We upload the original recording, so your ride arrives in TrainerDay with its full detail rather than as a summary if available or a summary if not available.
