Morpheus 8WeeksOut integration with FitnessSyncer FAQ

What kinds of data can I read or publish to Morpheus?
You can read the following data types from Morpheus:
- Activity
You cannot publish any data to this service at this time.

My Morpheus source only shows 90 days of data; can I get more?
You can do a Historic Sync and get all of your data with a Pro Account by editing your Morpheus source and selecting from the toolbar.
What do my Morpheus workouts look like in FitnessSyncer?
Each workout arrives with its duration, its average and maximum heart rate, its calories and the effort you rated it, along with your heart rate second by second for the whole session.
Morpheus does not record where you were, so a workout has no map and no distance. If you also record the same session on a watch or a bike computer, connect that as a source too and you will get the route from it.
If your data comes from Garmin, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or another source, you may consider using that dirctly instead.
Why is my time in each zone different from what Morpheus shows?
Morpheus works in its own three zones, which it sets from your daily recovery. FitnessSyncer works out your time in zone from your heart rate second by second, against the zones you set in your own preferences.
I connected both Morpheus and Garmin and now every workout appears twice.
Morpheus can pull your workouts in from Garmin, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect and when it does, that session exists in both accounts. Connecting both as sources brings you both copies.
Use whichever one suits you and disable the other for that workout type. Garmin carries the route and the full recording; Morpheus carries the effort rating and its own heart rate analysis.
Can FitnessSyncer send workouts or training plans to Morpheus?
No, Morpheus only provides a read-only API at this time.
